A few years ago, in 2001, we bought a house in the Dordogne
and below I have tried to give an idea of what it looks like
The
house is situated in the hamlet of Les Castilloux near Thiviers.
The cluster of houses it belongs to is called Le Galame and we
have called the house itself "Vasarnamis" which is
Lithuanian for summer house.
You
will find it on the map exactly where the Lavaud river flows into the
Isle. (North-West of Nanthiat)
Thiviers
may be found on the map of France between Limoges and Perigueux.
